North Carolina has some of the top returning talent in the Atlantic Coast Conference at defensive tackle, and this spring those players are working to become the cornerstone of the new and much improved Tar Heel defense. Although the unit is young, it has the potential to help UNC dramatically improve its run defense while also applying pressure on opposing quarterbacks.
