It's more what Stew does than what he says
The No. 1 rule in good writing is "Show-Don't-Tell." That is, describe an action, don't tell about it.
A picture is worth a thousand words, as they say.
"Show-Don't-Tell" works in areas outside writing. For instance, how many times has your significant other asked for representation of your love for her? Don't just tell her. It's what Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and birthdays are all about.
