After recording 43 tackles, 6 sacks, and 12 QB pressures and earning second-team 11-4A as a junior the 6-6, 240-pound Sulphur Springs, Texas, defensive end figured the attention would come and while it took a little while he is glad to see it now.

"It's been real good getting a lot of notice…finally. I'm just real happy," said Nash. "I've been waiting for it for a long time so I'm happy it's finally here."
