The time for rest and relaxation is waning for Salt Lake City (Utah) Highland defensive tackle Latu Heimuli.

Earlier this week, the 6-foot-3, 305-pound standout and his teammates began practice sessions for the 2009 football season. The prospect said he hopes to take a couple of more college trips before school starts later this month.
