Matt Hoch isn't new to recruiting. The 6-foot-5, 230-pound defensive end from Harlan, Iowa watched his brother work his way through the process last year before signing with Missouri. Like his brother, Hoch already is off to a quick start with several scholarships and interest from a host of other programs including Notre Dame.
