Despite the coaching change, Osmond Nicholas has had no desire to sign with any program other than SDSU. An Aztec pledge since June, the Oceanside (Calif.) High standout wanted to stay close to home for college. But Nicholas did field phone calls from coaches at New Mexico, Colorado State and Sacramento State between the time that Chuck Long was let go and Brady Hoke was announced as the next head football coach at SDSU.
