Hurd becoming comfortable in Aggieland
Texas A&M a very successful junior day this past Sunday, picking up three commitments from in-state players. However, they also hosted several other of their top targets at multiple positions. Though a relatively small group, it was very talent-laden.
One of the Aggies' top prospects on the defensive side of the ball, Fort Bend Marshall cornerback Toney Hurd Jr., made his second unofficial visit to College Station this spring. As he grows increasingly familiar with A&M, the 5-foot-10, 190-pound junior looks for more to see each time he makes the trip. This time, he was able to see how secondary coaches Charles McMillian and Van Malone handled practices.
