That's when Darrin Walls got a glimpse of life without Notre Dame. The exiled cornerback spent last season taking classes at a community college and conditioning with a personal trainer. He also worked at the University of Pittsburgh's medical center as a storeroom clerk, spending his days dispensing drugs.
