One great purpose for the team getting together for the 7-on-7's, besides the obvious getting reps, is it brings the team together and they bond. For an example, sophomore safety Rahim Moore and Kevin Prince were having a friendly chat after the session when Moore boldly predicted that he would pick off Prince three times during camp.
Moore said if he doesn't pick Prince off three times, he will him a dinner and if he does, Prince would owe Moore dinner.
I get the feeling that Moore is pumping himself up for camp. I think Moore has some other challenges with other players, too.
Both athletes were having a good laugh when Prince told Moore, "you better save your money."
