Sometimes, the first impression can be the best one. Such has been the case for Roswell (Ga.) three-star receiver Chris Boyd. The 6-foot-5, 195-pound target has had a strong interest in the Vanderbilt football program since the Commodore staff became the first school to contact him at the end of his sophomore year, and now, after receiving a scholarship offer from the staff a week ago, Boyd has decided that his heart was all Black and Gold.
