Aaron Hester has hunger
Rick Kimbrel
BruinSportsReport.com Bruin redshirt freshman, Aaron Hester appears to be a man on a mission. He brings it to every practice. Just about everyone who has seen him during training camp comes away impressed. He has the makings of a very special player. BruinBlitz.com talked to Hester after a recent practice to catch and get his thoughts on camp.
BruinBlitz.com: How hungry are you for this season?
Hester: "I'm hungrier than those poor starving kids you see in Africa on those commercials. I'm starving for this. I have been waiting for this. I haven't played in an actual football game since January of 2008 in an All-Star game so I am ready to come out and show that I have been working hard."
BruinBlitz.com: What do you think you have improved on the most since last year?
Hester: "I think I have improved most on my total knowledge of football. I understands the ins and outs, the nuisances of the game and my techniques have improved. I've gotten a little big bigger. My patience just letting the routes develop in front of me has improved a whole lot."
