Tigers have ace up sleeve in Ranaudo

TigerBait.com For the first time in his three seasons LSU baseball coach Paul Mainieri feels his team is as well equipped to handle the tough Friday night terrain. Because of the emergence of 6-foot-7 right-handed pitcher Anthony Ranaudo into the Tigers lead pitcher for Southeastern Conference series Mainieri believes the Tigers are now on equal footing against any ace the opposition can throw.
