One of the most prevalent catch phrases thrown during Sunday's Media Day by LSU football coach Les Miles was cross training. It was an effort by Miles to explain the philosophy of the coaching staff during the fall workouts to give a handful of players versatile enough of playing more than one position, or on either side of the football, the opportunity to display their talent and show where they may best fit in.
