Change fits Barksdale well

The Cajun delicacies such as crawfish and etoufee are two examples of how much LSU junior offensive tackle Joseph Barksdale has opened up to a totally new culture. However, there are more times than not, when Barksdale yearns for the cold winters of his home in Detroit and the friends that were on the receiving end of plenty of phone calls during his first two years of college.
