Woodland nears decision after weekend visit
One of the unofficial visitors at Missouri's win over Ole Miss on Saturday was Rockwood Summit wide receiver Rolandis Woodland. Woodland came out of the weekend with two things: an offer and a leader.
Woodland had a chance to talk with both Cornell Ford and Gary Pinkel while he was in Columbia. He said he is planning to call the Tiger coaches on Tuesday to set up an official visit.
But he may be ready to end the recruiting process well before that visit happens. Claiming four current offers, the draw of playing just two hours from home is one thing that is really a factor with Woodland right now.
