High School: Earned All-Borough and All-City honors, while playing both center and right guard at Bayside High School (Queens, N.Y.).
2010-11 (At Nassau CC): Played left tackle at Nassau Community College, started every game of his two year career with the program... Led the Lions to a combined 19-2 mark... Earned All-Northeast Football Conference honors in both his freshman and sophomore campaigns... Played under Curt Gilliam at NCC... Helped anchor an offensive line in 2010 that was responsible for a 1,000-yard rusher... Guided NCC to a perfect 11-0 mark and a No. 3 national ranking in 2010.
