Tommie Robinson out as RB coach, Kevin Faulk in: reports

LSU will have a new running back coach next year with Tommie Robinson heading to Texas A&M, sources confirmed after first being reported by TexAgs Billy Liucci.

The LSU staff has been preparing for this move for some time, with Robinson nearing the end of his deal and the Tigers grooming former program legend Kevin Faulk to be a position coach.

That is the presumed move for Ed Orgeron here, who appears to be making one final change on his championship staff, and Faulk having completed his second year in the program.

Robinson served as both the recruiting coordinator and running backs coach at LSU, after being brought on by Orgeron in 2017. Robinson's previous stints include time in the NFL, along with stops at USC and Texas.
