The first features unbeaten Wilber-Clatonia (7-0) hosting 5-2 Tri County on Thursday night, the C1-2 district title on the line. The second will have 6-1 Aquinas hosting 5-2 Cross County for the C1-4 title.

The team has climbed steadily in the national rankings, moving from the mid-70s preseason to into the top 50. This week, fresh off of its 49-6 pasting of Carol Stream (Ill.) Glenbard ...orth, it makes its debut in the Top 20 at ...o. 19, jumping up from ...o. 24 last week. 

The undisputed ...o.1 team in Illinois also takes over the ...o. 1 spot in the Great Lakes Region. And this is a region that includes Ohio, which has four teams in the 20s.
