I watched the ASU game and what I saw was not impressive. You let them whip your ass 21-0 in the second half and they ended the game on your 5 yardline fixing to score again. This is the same ASU that Missouri beat 24-20 with a freshman QB in his first game ever. That's the Missouri team Bam beat 42-10 while toying with them in hurricane conditions. As in all of your games your defense gives up half as many points as Bama has given up all year. You don't see our reserves stinking up the place when they go in, do you. And that's your priblem. Yes you have a very god starting lineup, but Baama has a very good 3 deep rotation. If we play you we will be able to keep fresh athletes on the field the whole game. You are no different than anybody else in thayt you will have to sub iften against th physical pounding Bama will give you. Then what are you going to do when you have to sub with those guys who give up 4 td's and 450 yards in just one half? The truth is that Bama will grab your skinny little players by the legs and make a wish with them. RTR!

You call yourself a football fan? Dude get a clue...437 with 8 min to go. No first team players played in 2nd half. Chip NEVER embarasses other coaches a let off the gas!

The irony of course being that this guy fishduck wrote exhaustive articles detailing exactly why Oregon would run away with games against Auburn and then LSU. There's two things that won't change:

1) The SEC elites have speed and depth on defense that these PAC-12 schools never will.

2) When teams have 4-6 weeks to rest and prepare (as they do in bowl games and season openers), the gimmick that Oregon leans on to wear down opponents becomes infinitely less effective. Oregon has to beat them playing straight up actual football and since they haven't done that all season, they are woefully unprepared for it.
