The Tigers had the game in hand, in spite of the 3 prior attempts on 4th down to covert to a 1st down..
Hindsight is always 20/20 but I was screaming at the tube hopeing he would pooch punt and pin Bama deep in their own end..
But No.... Looney tried once again and failed a 4th down..
I hope he has apologize to his players and fans for habding Bama that game.. ....
Yes - that fake 47 yd FG attempt on 4th and 12 I still dont get as well. And the fake was a RUN, to boot ....
On 4th and 12?? Then they try the longer FG. Instead if punting?
And after an LSU score, with defensive momentum too, he calls for the onside kick?
If you discount everything good a team does, and focus on just the things that didn't work, then every coach looks like an idiot - except Tressell and Hayes, of course. Have a great time at your bowl game this year. Doesn't it just suck to have a good team that can't go anywhere because of serial cheating at your school? Have you learned your lessons?
Shut the hell up Crimsonite! Shoulda, woulda, coulda. Yes, you won the game in the end but were very fortunate. Why don't you count your blessings and ADMIT you were outplayed and move on. Bama fans like you are unbearable.
