When LSU played in the Nat Championship game, were most season ticket holders able to get tickets through LSU? Or were high rollers (big donars) the only ones who were able to get tickets?

No, each school got around 30,000 tickets. LSU has about 80,000 season ticket holders, maybe more. LSU has a priority point system that distributes tickets to highest ranked season ticket holders until the allotted number for tickets are gone. Not to mention tickets for coaches, players families, government officials, band, etc.....

No...most of the season ticket holders got left out. The problem is this...you can request up to 8 seats for the BCS Title game...even if you only have 2 season tickets...which makes no sense. My Tiger Athletic Foundation # is just under 4000, and I was shut out. Good luck.
