UCLA Receives an official visit from five-star forward

Five-star forward Terrence Jones from Portland (Ore.) Jefferson, the 13th rated player in the senior class, is making an official visit to UCLA this week, coming in Thursday. He is a 6-8 forward who has impressive skills and an already strong body. He can hit an outside shot and get to the hoop with equal ease.

The talented forward lists UCLA, Cal, Washington, Kentucky, Oregon and Oklahoma among the schools he is still considering. He is friends with UCLA freshman Mike Moser who is also from Portland.

Jones played in several games in Las Vegas last July and those in attendance came away very impressed with his basketball ability. He is a powerful, yet multi-skilled athlete who will immediately improve whichever team he chooses to join. He is especially good at splitting the defense and getting layups, but can step out and hit the three, making him very hard to guard. He is also left handed which makes him even harder to defend.
