Practice Insider: A strange end

Usually on the Monday after playing UCLA, the Trojans aren't thinking too much about another Pac-10 opponent. Usually, they know where and who they'll be playing their postseason game.

While not ending the regular season with a game against UCLA isn't unheard of, it's something foreign to every player on the Trojan roster.

"It takes a lot out of you when you play a rivalry game like that. You put so much energy into that one game, and we're all used to it being the last one," wide receiver Damian Williams said. "That's usually the most physical game we play all year, and it was a really physical game. Now, we have to bounce back and play again. We have to finish focused."
