Tide offers huge junior OT
"Our season went really well. We lost one game along the way but we won state, which was a huge accomplishment. I'm really proud of how we came together."
"I've played right tackle my whole career so far. My coaches have talked to me about playing other spots, left tackle usually, but I haven't done anything else so far. When I've been on college visits, I'm usually bigger than a lot of the college linemen I see, at least when it comes to height and weight. Once I work on my strength, I definitely think I can be a guy that can contribute early somewhere as a tackle."
"So far I have eight offers: Tulsa, Oklahoma, Auburn, Arkansas, Ole Miss, Miami, Duke and then Alabama offered this week."
"I had been hearing a lot from Alabama so I was pretty sure they were going to offer me. I know they like big, physical linemen. I haven't had a chance to see them play very much this year but I have seen some highlights and I know they are going to the national championship game so they must be doing a lot of things right."
"I took an unofficial visit to Tuscaloosa back in the spring and got a chance to see their weight room and the facilities and kind of meet some of the coaches and players. It's a historic program and they've got some of the best coaches in college football. It's really the total package."
"I grew up an Arkansas fan but my college choice is something that's going to have a huge affect on my life. It's not going to be a decision I make based on my feelings as a fan. I'm going to keep my options open and try to make the decision that's going to give me the best chance at success."
