Four-star Offensive Tackle Still Looking

It's been a few years since Oklahoma truly threw it's hat in the ring of the nation's top junior college prospects but it looks to be changing heavily in the class of 2010. With so many high school players making up most of Oklahoma's classes these days it's probably wise to revisit one of the crucial aspects of recruiting junior college prospects; playing time due to a shortened amount of eligibility.

Such is the reality for Fullerton (Calif.) Fullerton C.C. four-star offensive tackle John Cullen. The 6-foot-6, 280-pound prospect took his official visit this weekend to Norman and while there was a lot he raved about he admits to seeing a bit more depth along the offensive line than he had expected.

"I really liked watching practice and how they go about things and I liked it because the way they have their practice it's almost the same way we do it at Fullerton. It lets you see how the guys compete," Cullen said. "You can see right away they are thin, you walk to the offensive line group and there are about 10 guys total. So to me it seems like there is an area for me to come in and compete but it's a little different from what they told me."
