Utah gets Lucky

Woodland Hills athlete Lucky Radley announced his intentions to sign with the University of Utah today during a school press conference at 1pm Pacific.

Radley had narrowed his choices down to North Carolina, Texas Tech, and Utah before making his decision final in private last night. Rumors had been swirling around the internet and message boards the past 48 hours that Radley had enjoyed his trip to Lubbock so much that a commitment to the Red Raiders was a foregone conclusion. The drama of the press conference and assumption by the press that Radley was Tech bound was turned on its head as Radley announced his Utah decision.

Radley is a three star athlete as rated by Rivals.com and projects as an H-Back in the Utah spread offense. Radley has the speed and open field skills to make a push for freshman playing time for the Utes. The one big plus for Radley to Utah was the possibility of playing on both sides of the ball, which no other schools would entertain for the California athlete.
