Sooners Host Elite Defensive Tackle

With as much talent as they have, it is no surprise that Warren (Ind.) Central won a 2009 state title after going 13-2 in the regular season. Since the team's successful season one might expect some off-season rest however, defensive tackle Kris Harley, the team's top prospect, has found no time to relax with almost 20 scholarship offers from some of the nation's most prestigious football programs.

At 6-foot-2 and 265 pounds, the lineman is not the biggest interior linemen in the country, but colleges have been drooling over the tackle's relentless effort to get to the ball carrier as well as his explosiveness out of his stance on the line.

Harley made his visit to Norman on Monday while Warren Central High was on spring break. The 6-foot-2, 265-pounder returned home Wednesday and said he enjoyed his time in Norman.
