--Florida defensive coordinator Teryl Austin didn't mince words Wednesday: He's not thrilled with the play of free safety Will Hill. Mainly because he has high standards for Hill. "He has the ability really to be an impact-type player because he's big, he has range, he can tackle," Austin said. "He can do all the things you want a safety to do -- really what all the great safeties around here have done -- and he hasn't taken that step yet." The key? Getting better at practice, according to Austin. "It starts out on the practice field," he said, "and it carries over into the game."
