Attacking Arkansas' press

The second week of the Southeastern Conference slate did not go as well as the first for Mississippi State.
The Bulldogs won their first two SEC tilts but dropped both games last week, including a 32-point drubbing at home by Alabama.
"I'm obviously disappointed with the two losses that we had last week," said MSU head coach Rick Ray. "I feel that our post guys continually get into foul trouble and that puts us into a bind because we only have eight players as it is. When we have two of our post players get into early foul trouble we end up playing really small and give up too many rebounds.
"The second thing is we're giving up too many points. Both Tennessee and Alabama both scored in the 70's and when we win we've held people in the 50's and lower 60's. We struggle offensively, that's not anything new. We've just got to make sure we're doing our part on the defensive end."
Now MSU will face another tough task by traveling to Arkansas to take on Mike Anderson and his famed full court press. The Bulldogs struggled against the press last week against Alabama turning the ball over 21 times.
