Bulldogs complete installation

Installation is complete.

Mississippi State finished putting in the playbook on both sides of the ball in soggy conditions Thursday afternoon just in time for their first major scrimmage of the spring.

"Today was really the last big installation day," said MSU head coach Dan Mullen. "You could see a lot of the younger guys starting to hit the wall a little bit and figuring out what was going on. You put in new stuff but kind of keep reviewing the old stuff and getting it all together. It's all in now and we'll have to open it up and see who can process it and knows what to do."

One newcomer that Mullen has been especially pleased with is junior wide receiver Jeremey Chappelle. The midyear junior college transfer has already made the move up to the second team offensive group and has plenty of upside.
