A new offer for Mastrud and one last visit

It's always important to grab the top players in your own backyard, and Oregon State has done that so far in the Class of 2006 by securing commitments from the likes of Gabe Miller, Mau Nomani, and Kyle Loomis. The Beavers might not be finished picking up in-state talent either as they're involved with one of the hottest names at this late stage of the recruiting game. This weekend the program will be hosting Jeron Mastrud, an intriguing 6-foot-6, 250-pound tight end prospect from Southridge High School
