Austin to visit UVa?

Washington, D.C., Coolidge defensive tackle Marvin Austin (6-foot-3, 300 pounds, 4.83 seconds) is one of the top players in the nation regardless of position.

When you look at defensive tackles, you will be hard pressed to find one more athletic. Austin, whose offer count is nearing 40, has talked up Virginia and his relationship with assistant Mike London but the talented big man has yet to visit Virginia this spring.

"Virginia, Miami and Southern Cal are on my 'must visit' list for the summer. My team will camp at Virginia this summer too," said Austin.

Three Virginia coaches dropped by Coolidge High School last week.

"Coach London, Coach (Anthony) Poindexter, and Coach (Dave) Borbely came by to check on Lamar Milstead, Romale Tucker, and I. The player you guys need to look out for is Romale. That kid is good. He is big, fast, strong and he brings it on every play. He might get over-shadowed my Lamar and I, but I am telling you, Romale is a star."
