FSU looking west for blue chip tight end

Now, Booker is hoping St. Bonaventure tight end Blaine Irby is feeling the same way. The 6-foot-3, 235-pounder says FSU is one of 11 scholarship offers on the table, and one that he's pretty excited about.

"Lorenzo Booker goes there, that would help a lot," said Irby. "I haven't been to Florida. I heard it's beautiful out there. I met him (Booker) a couple times. I haven't talked to him about FSU. I'm sure he'll do that. I wasn't in California when he went here but he was one of the top, if not the top running back. He has a bunch of records here, he's still being talked about."
