Jones puts himself in prime position
Depending on which program holds the calculator, 60 isn't always greater than 23.
Those figures are the major statistics posted by John Jones of Sarasota, Fla., last season with the former representing his receptions at wide out while the latter stands for his sack total at defensive end. That obvious knack for getting after the quarterback prompted programs across the Southeastern Conference to recruit the 6-foot-3, 210-pound Jones at linebacker, although both Notre Dame and Michigan like the Booker High School athlete at receiver.
And all that versatility doesn't account for the position Jones really wants to play.
