Arkansas LB learned a lot from Mustain

Arkansas linebacker Jamie Jones is very familiar with the recruiting process. His school, Springdale, in north Arkansas was the focus of intense media coverage all year following the recruitment of Mitch Mustain.


As an outside observer to the recruitment of Mustain last year, Jones learned some valuable lessons.


"One thing I learned was to be patient. There might be a camera or people calling, you just have to take it in and make that right decision," Jones said. "I felt bad for Mitch, there was a lot of things going on. It made me think that I wanted to make sure I knew where I wanted to go."


Right now Jones has multiple options of where he wants to go including four offers from Kansas State, Kentucky, Ole Miss and Mississippi State.
