Washington high on two

When you look at the numbers that three-star prospect Derrick Washington put-up during his junior year at Raymore Peculiar (MO) High School, its easy to see why the 6-foot, 181-pound running back is so coveted. Washington rushed the ball for 1,326 yards, had 861 receiving yards and scored a total of 29 touchdowns. It appears that Washington will be taking his game to the Big 12 North next year, but he is still trying to decide what school colors to wear.

Aside from the scholarship offers from Kansas, Missouri, Colorado State and Ball State, Washington is receiving interest from Nebraska, Iowa, Kansas State and Wisconsin.
