Summer Scouting Report: University of Washington

There has been a great deal of disappointment surrounding the football program at the University of Washington of late. The once proud program has fallen to bottom of the PAC-10 rankings and has caused the boosters and administration to look for answers from second year coach Tyrone Willingham. Willingham is known for making his players fine young men, but can he turn around the struggling football program and return it to the stature that it once held.
