Warchant.com's Summer Workout Awards

The summer workout program came to an end this week after eight long weeks of weight lifting, work capacity circuit training, 110-yard sprint drills and player-run practices. Without question, this was one of the best summers in recent memory and the effort shown by the players over the last two months has been outstanding.



"I was very pleased with the summer," strength and conditioning coach Jon Jost told Warchant.com. "I felt that we had great attendance, great work ethic and showed really good improvement. Now it's time to carry it over to the field."
