Tuesday's top Tigers

Each Tuesday from now until the end of the season, will present its top Tigers. From here on out, this list will be based on performance on the field on Saturdays. One week has no bearing on the next. This is simply a representation of the 11 players who, in our estimation, had the best week. Here is our ranking from the Murray State game:

1 Chase Daniel, QB School record five TD's in the first start of his career? Big 12 offensive player of the week? Yeah, we'll give him the nod. NR
2 Tony Temple, RB Temple had a career high 119 yards, but it was more than that. He looked like the guy we heard about so long ago. He ran with power, speed and balance. And he left no doubt that he is the top tailback on this team. 3
3 William Franklin, WR Four catches for 138 yards and two touchdowns is a solid night's work, especially when you do it all in the first half. Franklin could have topped this list if he had not had two more touchdowns passes slip through his hands. 10
