Florida duo ready to visit Iowa

Florida duo Josh Bynes and Moses Jenkins are ready to make an official visit to the University of Iowa this weekend. The teammates, who attend Boyd Anderson High School in Lauderdale Lakes, will be in Iowa City on Saturday to watch the Hawkeyes host No. 1 Ohio State in a nationally televised game under the lights.

The visit to Iowa will be the first for both Bynes and Jenkins, who is a 6-foot-2, 169-pound cornerback.

After starting the season 0-2 with a pair of close losses, Boyd Anderson has rallied for three consecutive victories, including a 29-7 win over a ranked and previously unbeaten Hollywood Hills team this past weekend.

While Jenkins had a key interception in Friday's game, Bynes was forced to sit out with a shoulder injury. The linebacker, who ranks as the No. 39 player in the state of Florida this year, hopes to make it back on the field soon.

Both Bynes and Jenkins currently hold a number of impressive scholarship offers, including several from the same schools. Some of the programs currently on Bynes' list include Auburn, Iowa, LSU, UCLA, and Tennessee, while Jenkins likes Iowa, Wisconsin, Florida, and Arizona State, among others.
