Zoubek plays pioneer role

Brian Zoubek may not be Daniel Boone, but he is about to become a college basketball equivalent to a pioneer as he begins his Duke career.

When the freshman from New Jersey signed to play for the Blue Devils, he became the first true seven footer to join Mike Krzyzewski's program in Durham.

When he made that decision, undoubtedly there were some who thought it was the wrong one because Duke had never used a player of his size and skill set in Coach K's system.
