All-American QB sets visit to Michigan State

The crazy post-season carousel of coaching changes in Division I-A football has delivered Michigan State a pleasant surprise, as New Jersey quarterback Matt Simms is due in East Lansing this weekend for an official visit.

Originally a commitment to Louisville, Simms, son of former NFL great Phil Simms, re-opened up the recruiting process when Bobby Petrino left Louisville to take the Atlanta Falcons job.
