Snow looking to commit early

David Snow doesn't like to lose and who can blame the 6-foot-4, 301-pound right guard after being a freshman starter on the 2004 3A Division II state champion team that went 16-0? After a freshman season winning every time Snow stepped on the field, the last two seasons have left a sour taste in the mouth of one of the nation's top junior lineman. Even with seasons that included 10 wins and undefeated district titles, Snow is hungry to make one more run at the 3A title in 2007.

What did you take from the Liberty-Eylau loss and how can it make you a better player?

I'm just ticked off. I just want to hurt somebody now. I'm taking it out on the weights right now so when I go against them next year I will physically dominate.

What did you improve on from your sophomore to junior year?

Technique. I just learned how to pull better and stuff. I also learned how to use my size to beat people more.
