2008 LB very impressed with Badgers

This past Saturday, the University of Wisconsin football staff put together a successful junior day, as they hosted 2008 prospects from not only in-state, but around the Midwest and beyond.

One prospect, linebacker Andrew Sweat, made the trek from his home in Washington, Pa., all the way to Madison to take in the sights and sounds of the city, UW campus and talk football with the staff.

Sweat was one of the top prospects on campus. He already claims offers from Pitt, Temple, Connecticut and Wisconsin, while Michigan and Penn State have extended verbal offers and Florida, Notre Dame and Ohio State are getting serious about offering the 6-foot-2, 225-pounder.
