Moutra ecstatic to be a Bruin

Although normally a low-key kind of guy, Culver City, Calif., wide receiver/free safety Antwon Moutra (6-3, 183, 4.5) displayed at least a month's worth of bottled-up emotion when he was asked about his commitment on Saturday to play football for the UCLA Bruins.

"I've always wanted to go to UCLA and I've always wanted to be a Bruin, ever since I was a young boy," Moutra said. "I am so excited that it has happened. I actually decided back on February 22nd that I would commit, but I wanted to hold off on announcing it just a bit."

"UCLA is first and foremost a great place to get an education. That degree really means something, which is important to me because football may or not be in one's future but when a person has a UCLA degree they can go far in life.
