Jenkins wants to be a 'home boy' this summer

MORGANTOWN--With so many of his linemen dressed in "Christmas tree colors," as WVU coach Rich Rodriguez likes to call them, he must have looked glowingly at a kid in gold and blue standing on his sidelines in WVU's spring practice last Thursday afternoon at Milan Puskar Stadium.

That would be sterling offensive lineman Josh Jenkins, the state's No. 1 recruiting prospect who committed to the Mountaineers in September of his junior season at Parkersburg High School, but has received offers from Alabama, Florida, Florida State, Notre Dame, Ohio State, Vanderbilt and Virginia Tech since then.
