USC makes a move on South Florida LB
Miami (Fla.) Coral Reef linebacker Malcolm Munroe has seen his offer list grow to six schools, with the two Palmetto State teams both recently jumping on board.
"Yes, sir, South Carolina, Clemson, Louisville, Georgia Tech, UCF and Army have offered me," the 6-foot-3, 205-pound Munroe said. "I like all of those schools right now."
Munroe, who racked up 64 tackles, 11 tackles for loss, and six sacks as a junior, is excited about the South Carolina offer.
"I like how they're coming after me," he said. "I like how coach 'G' (Robert Gillespie) is coming at me. They need a lot of help at linebacker, so there would be a chance for me to come in and get some early playing time. They're a good team that lost a few close games last year, and they got a great recruiting class coming in, so it seems like big things are ahead for them."
Clemson and Georgia Tech also have Munroe's attention.
