Bruins fired up for 2007 season

In part two of Coach Karl Dorrell's talks about the reason this team is excited about the season. He also speaks about Ben Olson and his maturation process, plus what the coaches did themselves to help improve the team.

Can you comment on your walk-on quarterback McLeod Bethel-Thompson?

Dorrell: "Mac is a very talented young man. A very bright, kid. There was a point where he was second or third in the depth chart as a traveling red shirt for us a good portion of the year when Ben Olson was hurt.

"He had a good spring. So he did some good things in the springtime when he had some reps and made plays when we had some injuries there. He had a great summer and we feel like he's deserving of that rightly, being in that position and to continue to build on his experience in this offense.
