Rodriguez stepping up as a senior

Auburn's Prechae Rodriguez has big plans for his senior season.

But those plans were nearly put on hold when he fell to second-team after spring practice. The potential has always been there for the 6-foot-4, 208-pounder but one important factor has always held him back - consistency.

It's a word that's been drilled into his head by AU receivers coach Greg Knox. It's about coming out and producing in every practice and bringing that same intensity to the playing field.

"I'm working hard on my consistency," said Rodriguez. "Every time I get an opportunity I have to make sure I make the play and they can trust me to throw me the ball whenever they need to."
