Patrick, Brown return for Miami

Demarco Murray blasted his way into the OU record books against North Texas scoring five touchdowns in his Sooner debut.

But standing on the Oklahoma sidelines was Allen Patrick and Chris Brown, two players who have been through their fair share of battles over the last year.

Murray's day was impressive as he rushed 17 times for 87 yards on the day. But 44 of those yards came on a single run.

Even though Murray has been better than expected running between the tackles, it was evident the Sooners could have used a bit more punch in their backfield against an outmanned North Texas squad.

That punch is expected to return this weekend with the return of Patrick and Brown to the starting lineup.

And offensive coordinator Kevin Wilson made it clear that both players will be a major part of the gameplan against Miami.
